Guest Request System:

Guest Request System is an enterprise self-service tool that enables a guest to submit request(s) to obtain a digital identity at Rutgers University. The request will be submitted for approval to the appropriate sponsor. Once the request is approved, the departments' guest administrators process the request and the guest is notified with instructions to obtain and activate their digital identifier called a NetID.

Information for Retirees

Rutgers Retirees are entitled to retain access to some services at the University. Retirees may obtain information regarding services from the Rutgers Retiree Center.

Early Employee NetID Request System:

Early Employee NetID Request System is an enterprise self-service tool that enables an employee (faculty or staff) who has not been on-boarded through RIAS to submit a request to obtain a digital identity at Rutgers University. The request will be processed  by the appropriate campus help desk. The employee will then be notified with instructions to obtain and activate their digital identifier called a NetID.
